Pelvic Physical Therapy for Every-body

Affirming, personalized care for all genders, identities, and sexual orientations.

Everyone deserves pelvic health care that respects who they are, how they identify, and what matters to them. We provide specialized, affirming care for people of all genders, sexual orientations, and relationship structures, with treatment tailored to your body, your experiences, and your goals.

You deserve pelvic health care that sees the whole you!

Everyone deserves to have their health concerns heard, understood, and addressed without having to explain or defend who they are. At Kemper Pelvic Physio, we provide expert-level pelvic physical therapy for everyone with a pelvis, in an environment that is welcoming, inclusive, and affirming.

Our team has specialized training to address the unique pelvic health needs of LGBTQIA+ and gender-expansive patients, and we partner with other affirming healthcare providers when additional support is needed. Whether you’re seeking care for pelvic pain, painful sex, bladder or bowel concerns, perinatal care, or preparation and recovery for gender-affirming surgery, we’re here to provide thoughtful, individualized care that centers you.

Affirming care isn’t a separate service. It’s how we care for you.

Our commitment to inclusive care extends across everything we do. Whether you’re coming to us for pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum care, bladder or bowel concerns, sexual health, hypermobility, menopause, surgical rehabilitation, or anything in between, your care is approached through an affirming, individualized lens.

For transgender, nonbinary, and gender-expansive patients, this may include addressing pain or symptoms related to binding or tucking, genitourinary changes associated with hormone therapy, or preparing for and recovering from gender-affirming top or bottom surgery. We also support queer conception and provide pregnancy and postpartum care for people of all genders, sexual orientations, and relationship structures.

We recognize that healthcare doesn’t happen in a vacuum. Systemic and cultural barriers can shape how people experience their bodies and access care, and we work to create an environment where you have agency in your treatment. Our clinicians use trauma-informed approaches and ask about your affirmed gender, pronouns, and preferred language for discussing your body so that your care feels comfortable, respectful, and genuinely yours.

You don’t have to fit a certain mold to receive excellent pelvic health care. You just have to be you.
